These look brand new.  They are Justin Basics and are done in black with leather uppers and white stitching.  They are marked a 6C and have hardly been worn!

Measurements are:

Boots:  heel to toe-10 1/2", width across foot-3 3/4", overall height from heel to top of boot-10 1/2"
