This is a cute youth top done in black stretchy fabric with princess seams and ultra suede yokes. The yokes have bright colors:  yellow, red, blue, green - and then scattered tiffany set rhinestones.  It also has a long back zipper and the bottom edges are not finished - this is for horsemanship.

This top does have stretch.

Measurements are:

Top:  bust:31", shoulders: 14", waist: 27", sleeve: 23",  overall length: 22"
