This is a great vest with lots of sparkle.  It is all leather and fully lined. It is made by The Hayley Lynn Collection and has a lot of sparkle.  The base color is cream or sand and then it's fully loaded with different sizes of purple rhinestones. These are dark and very pretty.

It is marked a size 16. Measurements are:

Vest:  bust-41", shoulders-15", overall body length-21"
