This is a very pretty blue jacket - fully lined with a full front zipper. The front placket is black and matches the edges of the cuffs. It has a stand up collar and gold and rhinestone embellishments. It has an "Asian" feel to it.  This would be a great jacket for halter and is short enough you can even ride in it.  It is fully lined and has no stretch - so check measurements below.
