This is brand new Hobby Horse Western Treasures Hat - in a sand color, 7 1/4".  These hats are made by Greeley Hat Works and they are very nice.   They have the Exclusive 'Double HH' 5 3/4" crown and 3 3/4" brim and are shaped for today's desired arena impression with a slightly smaller silhouette that flatters finer faces.
