RETURN POLICY
We
have a very liberal policy regarding returns. We want you to enjoy your new
show clothing so returns on non-custom orders are
accepted within
10 days of receipt
of the item. That means returned items must be in our office within 10
days from the date you receive it. Items must be in the same
condition as they were sent. We are not
responsible for items lost during return so please be sure you insure your
return.
Please understand that we must
strictly adhere to this return policy - especially as it relates to our
consignment clothing. We pay our customers within 15 days of their item
selling so if you try to return something after the 10 day period, we simply
can not
accept
it for return but we can cconsign
it for you and sell it as we did for the previous owner.
Please call or email us prior to
returning for a Product Return Authorization (PRA) number.
Credit will be issued less shipping costs according to the manner in which you paid. If you used Paypal
via our shopping cart, for example, we will refund your Paypal account.
Or, if you paid directly with us via your Visa card, we will credit the same
card that you paid with. Shipping is non-refundable.
There are no returns on custom orders. We
do not offer returns on custom made items - due to the nature of custom
work. It was made to fit you and thus those items are not returnable.
